Athena: Grey-Eyed Goddess

Olympians Book 2

In Olympians Book 2, Athena: Grey-eyed Goddess, Zeus has a problem. He's just established himself as King of the Gods when a curse is placed on him by Mother Earth herself: Any child he and his wife Metis have together will overthrow him. Zeus doesn't want to lose his sweet gig, and, as the worst husband whoever existed, he does the one thing he can think of-- he swallows Metis. What he doesn't know is that Metis was already pregnant... with Athena.

Find out how growing up in her father's head changed the Grey-Eyed Goddess from potential usurper to Zeus's most favored child.
